Author Guidelines

Open Access and Copyright Policy

Authors submitting and publishing in STBR agree to the open access and copyright policy under the Creative Commons License 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International). Under this license, authors allow others to remix, tweak, and build upon their work non-commercially. However, all other authors using STBR's content must cite the author(s), journal, and publisher in their work.

STBR complies with the guidelines and funding provided by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. In accordance with these regulations, STBR does not charge any processing or submission fees from any authors.

OJS Submission Platform

STBR utilizes the OJS (Open Journal Systems) submission platform for all manuscript submissions. This intuitive system offers authors a seamless and user-friendly experience, guiding them through each step of the submission process. With OJS, authors can easily upload their manuscripts, track submission progress, and receive real-time updates on the status of their submissions. Format- Free Submission: STBR accepts free submissions initially to save authors' time. If a paper is accepted, the STBR-designed template will be used. Authors should submit their papers in APA format, Times New Roman font, 12 pt, with single-line spacing, and follow APA 7th edition guidelines for reference style.

Language: All manuscripts should be in US English. Research papers should be thoroughly checked by the authors to avoid grammatical, typographical, and syntax errors.

Length of Paper: The manuscript length should not exceed 8,000 words, including tables, references, appendix.

Title Page: Include a concise, specific, relevant, and informative title (avoiding abbreviations). Clearly indicate the full names of the author(s), their affiliations, complete addresses, including country names, correct email addresses, and telephone numbers. Designate the corresponding author for correspondence.

Abstract: Provide a concise abstract (In 180 to 200 words) stating the purpose, methodology, results, conclusions, and significance of the study.

Keywords: Immediately after the abstract, provide 3-6 keywords specific to the research paper.

Introduction: Cover the background, research objectives, motivation, significance, proposed tasks, and novelty. Define abbreviations when first used.

Literature Review: Critically evaluate relevant literature, establish context, compare recent developments, and identify gaps.

Methodology: Describe population structure, sample, instrumentation, data collection, hypotheses, statistical tools, and justification.

Data Analysis: Interpret data, establish connections among variables, test hypotheses, and compare with literature.

Discussion and Recommendations: Present meaningful sections discussing hypotheses, conclusions, theoretical/methodological contributions, practical implications, recommendations, future study directions, and limitations.

Figures, Schemes, and Tables: Present them with suitable headings and specific numbers in the text.

References: Follow APA style guidelines (7th edition) for citations and references. Download APA Guide

Appendix: Include background information, respondent lists, company lists, or questionnaires if required.

Footnote: Avoid footnotes and prepare references, preferably using a bibliography package. STBR prefer Endnote 20.

 Plagiarism Policy: STBR adheres to a Zero Tolerance policy for plagiarism. All submitted papers are checked using Turnitin. Papers with more than 15% similarity are returned to the authors.
